The project involved a full strip out of the plant room, this included liaising with our asbestos contractors and organising a full environmental clean and removal of asbestos containing materials.

Refurbish Boilers In Listed Building
We installed 3 x high efficiency condensing boilers in a modular formation, along with 4 x new pumps, pressurisations units complete with pipework. We upgraded the controls to give flexibility to our customer and their varying daily heating requirements.
At the handover our client was extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship and care taken throughout the whole process. This was extremely important because we were working on a listed building.
